5-DAY SPRINT CURRICULUM

An intensive journey from problem to launch-ready AI product. Each day builds on the previous, with hands-on exercises and real deliverables.

Problem & AI Opportunity

Frame the right problem and identify high-leverage AI opportunities. Map users, understand pain points, and define where AI can create the most value.

Day 1 sets the foundation for the entire sprint. Teams align on the core challenge, map the end-to-end user journey, and conduct structured interviews to surface real pain points. Using AI opportunity scoring frameworks, participants identify where machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision can deliver outsized impact — separating genuine AI use cases from hype.

Ideation & AI System Design

Explore AI product patterns and sketch solutions. Design AI architecture with human-in-the-loop considerations for trust and usability.

Day 2 unleashes creative thinking within technical constraints. Teams explore proven AI product patterns — from recommendation engines to conversational agents — and sketch bold solutions using Crazy 8s and structured brainstorming. The afternoon shifts to system design: mapping data flows, choosing model architectures, and designing human-in-the-loop workflows that build user trust while maintaining AI accuracy.

Prototype & Prompt Enginnering

Build a high-fidelity AI prototype. Master prompt design and create compelling AI interaction flows.

Day 3 is where ideas become tangible. Teams build high-fidelity AI prototypes using no-code tools. Participants master advanced prompt engineering techniques — including chain-of-thought reasoning, few-shot learning, and system prompt design — to create AI interactions that feel intelligent, reliable, and delightful. By end of day, every team has a working prototype ready for real user feedback.

User Testing & Validation

Test your AI prototype with real users. Capture trust signals, usability insights, and iterate based on feedback.

Day 4 puts prototypes in front of real users. Teams conduct structured usability tests, measuring not just task completion but AI-specific signals: trust, transparency, perceived intelligence, and error recovery. Participants learn to distinguish between UX friction and AI model issues, synthesise qualitative feedback into actionable insights, and rapidly iterate their prototypes based on what they learn.
